The project integrates retail areas with offices, residential uses and serviced apartments creating a cohesive Transit-Oriented Development anchored by activated public realm and active street-level frontages.

Through a narrative of modern urban village exploration, this revealing a human-scaled approach, fragmented massing with green rooftops, tree-lined pedestrian boulevards, sky-bridge connectivity, and warm accented retail and dining environments, translating an astronomical narrative into a grounded, liveable urban district.
