Description:

The concept behind the Harbour on Creek redefines the vibrant commercial rooted area through a bold yet
neighbourhood focussed mixed-use development comprising three slender towers, anchored by a urban retail pavilion set within a generous neighbourhood square.

At ground level, the pavilion hosts public realm, cultural, gastronomic, and leisure spaces, material-rich interiors with concrete surfaces, curated retail environments, and lush indoor greenery that blurs the line between public realm and common areas. A recessed elevated pedestrian bridge links all three towers with access control configured into the pedestrian routes and access paths, while a two level mobility hub integrates autonomous
vehicles, cycling, shared transport, and parking into seamless connectivity.

Totalling 80,000 sqm, the development combines an urban retail philosophy with adaptable residential, flexible office space, and activated public realm
